The room was impeccably clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home in the heart of Mexico City. the hotel itself is stunning, offering a mix of Italian and Mexican cuisine at the Amici restaurant, with a terrace boasting breathtaking city views. We loved the modern amenities like the hair salon and spa. the location couldn't be better, within walking distance of great restaurants and shops. the staff, especially Jose and Sandra, were attentive and made our stay extra special. Can't wait to visit again!
